I know a lot of you who read my blog take my Kettlebell class, and we often run out of the heavier bells and have to share. That is because you are all getting so strong!
The Kettlebell buddy is 4.4 lbs, very portable and you can add it to the bottom of the bell to make it heavier. So this is a good option in a few ways -
~ if you do not get the KB in class that you want, you can at least make the one you have a bit heavier.
~ you can add it to the heaviest bell they have at the gym for added weight
~ or if you are not quite ready to go from one KB weight to the other (as they are in 8 lb increments), you can add the buddy and go half way in between.
