Another Tasty Recipe

OK, here is another one I found online that sounds delicious - chocolate of course!

Tasty and healthy brownie:

(this will give you just a small brownie and if you want more you can multiply the amounts)

1/2 cup raw cocoa powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup organic raisins
1/2 cup old fashioned gluten free rolled oats
1/2 cup almond meal

Mix all dry ingredients together, and set aside. 
Put almond milk and raisins into blender and blend til smooth.
Then add dry ingredients. Put in fridge for at least 1 hour. 
Then EAT.  :)
