Strength Kettlebell Workout

Great & simple, but effective strength KB workout:

10 min of Turkish Get Ups
10 min of 5 vertical pull/swing burpees followed by 5 swing catch squat (as many rounds as you can in 10 min)

Go for heavier KB's. I used 35-45 lbs. 

You should be wiped after the 20 minutes. If not - go heavier!!!!!
