A Quickie

Great Kettlebell workout that will leave your heart pounding, muscles shaking, and body sweating, but won't take up a lot of time. My favorite kind of workouts!

10 Kettlebell swings
10 Alternating swings
10 Overhead swings
10 Figure 8's
10 Snatches (5 rt, 5 left)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 min.
