They do have yoga workouts for sale, but lots for free too. Pretty cool. And they are full length classes to boot.
I know I keep saying to try yoga - especially one of Roman's classes at Inner Strength (www.innerstrengthyoga.com) in Watertown.
They rule!
Prana Power Yoga (www,pranapoweryoga.com) has some really great classes too. They are in Newton Corner. What I like about Prana is that they have a huge schedule so there is always a time that works for me.
