Loved this workout!

This is a good one - loved it!  It will only take you 15 minutes.
Set your timer for 15 rounds of 15 seconds rest, 45 seconds work.
jump rope
T push ups
speed squats
repeat 5 x through - you'll be wiped!
I started this workout by doing some strength work and practiced some pull ups. I actually had the time. :) You can practice some strength work before hand as well, or just do the workout itself. Enjoy!
