Great Workout to Bring in the New Year

Got some holiday pounds or calories to burn off? Here is a GREAT and really tough workout I found online that I had to share.
It is one Kettlebelll exercise and one Bodyweight. If you do not have a KB, replace the swings with speed squats.

10 Swings
11 Burpees (WITH a pushup)
10 Swings
12 Burpees
10 Swings
13 Burpees
10 Swings
14 Burpees
10 Swings
15 Burpees
10 Swings
16 Burpees
10 Swings
17 Burpees
10 Swings
18 Burpees
10 Swings
19 Burpees
10 Swings
20 Burpees

BRUTAL! 10 Rounds of Swings and Burpees - not easy. Not for a beginner by any means either, so keep that in mind. I know many of you are used to working out intensely with me, and if so, give this a shot and let me know how you did.
