Metabolic Finishers

These are short workout routines one would do at the END of their workout to burn fat. They are short, super intense, and to be used at the end of strength workouts. If you are doing a metabolic workout in the first place, I do not recommend these. They are full body exercises done at high intensity - very effective at fat burning.
They are also called - cash outs - perhaps you have heard that term instead.

Some examples would be :

Burpees - as many as you can for 3 minutes
Or try Burpee pull ups! These are tough, and I love them. :)
Tabata - exercises performed  for 20 seconds, resting 10 seconds for 4 minutes, I often do KB swings or snatches, sometimes even sprints

Or short circuits such as 20 mountain climbers, 10 box jumps, 3 rounds

Another example would be 5 rows each side, 10 push ups, 20 speed squats, as many as you can for 5 min.

Etc, Etc. You get the drift.

Here are a couple of good sites to check out for other examples:

You can google metabolic finishers too and get even more examples. Get to work! :)
